Sub-processors

To operate SQL Sage, LUMA sp. z o.o. relies on a small number of third-party service providers ("sub-processors"). Because SQL Sage is bring-your-own-key (BYOK) developer tooling, very little personal data reaches us in the first place — so this list is intentionally short. It covers this product only; our DBeaver product runs on separate infrastructure and keeps its own list.

Each of these providers processes the data above on that provider's own data processing terms, which form part of the service agreement we accept when we use the service. Where any of them transfers personal data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (for example, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) implemented by that provider.
One payment channel, and a dormant one
Paddle is our only payment channel. Our licensing service also contains an unfinished integration for a second Merchant of Record (Fungies), kept from an earlier plan. It is closed by default and inactive: that endpoint verifies an HMAC signature over the exact request bytes and rejects the request outright — including when no signing secret is configured for it — so nothing can be fulfilled through it and no data reaches that provider. It is therefore not a sub-processor and is deliberately absent from the table above. If we ever activate it, this page will be updated before the first transaction goes through it.

Podprocesorzy (wersja polska — informacyjnie)
Wersja angielska ma moc rozstrzygającą. Poniższe tłumaczenie na język polski ma charakter wyłącznie informacyjny; w razie rozbieżności obowiązuje wersja angielska.
Do świadczenia usługi SQL Sage LUMA sp. z o.o. korzysta z niewielkiej liczby podprocesorów. Ponieważ SQL Sage działa w modelu BYOK (własny klucz), do nas trafia bardzo mało danych osobowych — dlatego lista jest krótka.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting strony i instalatora, Worker realizujący licencje na api.lumasoft.pl wraz z magazynem klucz-wartość, hosting pliku wersji i katalogu modeli, licznik pobrań. Dane: rekordy licencji (identyfikator i podpisany klucz, typ, tier, ważność, identyfikatory transakcji/subskrypcji Paddle, adres e-mail użyty przy zakupie oraz jego skrót SHA-256) i standardowe metadane połączenia (np. adres IP w logach). Bez treści zapytań, schematu ani wyników.
- Paddle (Merchant of Record) — sprzedaje produkt jako sprzedawca formalny; pobiera płatność, obsługuje VAT, faktury, chargebacki i zwroty; wyświetla okno checkoutu w Twojej przeglądarce. Dane rozliczeniowe (imię i nazwisko, e-mail, metoda płatności, dane podatkowe/lokalizacyjne) zbiera i kontroluje Paddle, nie my; my otrzymujemy tylko e-mail z checkoutu oraz identyfikatory transakcji/subskrypcji.
- Google (Google Analytics 4) — zagregowany pomiar ruchu na stronie w trybie Consent Mode v2. Przed zgodą: wyłącznie anonimowy pomiar bez cookies; po zgodzie: standardowe dane GA4 (cookies, przybliżona lokalizacja z IP). Dotyczy wyłącznie strony — rozszerzenie nie zawiera analityki.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365) — hosting naszych skrzynek w domenie lumasoft.pl: z tej skrzynki wychodzi e-mail z kluczem licencyjnym, tam też trafia i jest przechowywana korespondencja wsparcia, zwrotów i spraw danych osobowych. Dane: Twój adres e-mail, klucz licencyjny i treść, którą do nas napiszesz.
Jeden kanał płatności. Paddle jest naszym jedynym kanałem płatności. W usłudze licencyjnej istnieje uśpiona integracja z drugim Merchant of Record (Fungies) — jest nieaktywna i domyślnie zamknięta (endpoint odrzuca każde żądanie bez poprawnego podpisu HMAC, w tym gdy nie ustawiono sekretu), więc żadne dane do tego dostawcy nie trafiają; dlatego nie ma go na liście podprocesorów. Zaktualizujemy tę stronę przed ewentualną aktywacją.
Dostawcy AI to Twoi dostawcy, nie nasi podprocesorzy. W momencie startu produktu Anthropic (Claude) i OpenAI (ChatGPT) są Twoimi dostawcami — korzystasz z nich przez własne konto lub klucz API (BYOK). Treść zapytania i metadane schematu trafiają do nich bezpośrednio na podstawie Twojej umowy z danym dostawcą. Nie pośredniczymy w inferencji AI i nie sprzedajemy dostępu do modeli.
Roadmapa. Przyszła hostowana funkcja podpowiedzi bez klucza (płatna opcja) kierowałaby zapytania przez naszą infrastrukturę, co dodałoby Anthropic jako naszego podprocesora. Zaktualizujemy tę stronę i Politykę prywatności przed wdrożeniem takiej funkcji.
